Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
If you have ordered a customised product, production will begin after your order has been confirmed. The production lead time is approximately 10 to 20 working days, depending on the product design, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Our team will keep you informed if additional production time is required.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address and order details. The final shipping fee will be displayed during the Checkout process before payment is completed, ensuring full transparency with no hidden charges.
