For customers within Klang Valley, delivery is typically completed within 3 to 14 days after order confirmation. For customers in other states and areas across Malaysia, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and logistics schedule. Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
If you have ordered a customised product, production will begin after your order has been confirmed. The production lead time is approximately 10 to 20 working days, depending on the product design, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Our team will keep you informed if additional production time is required.
Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address and order details. The final shipping fee will be displayed during the Checkout process before payment is completed, ensuring full transparency with no hidden charges.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, you may submit a request for a return or exchange in line with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. All return or exchange requests must be made within the stated return period after the order has been received.
Once the returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect and evaluate its condition. Products that show signs of misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
