Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and order details. The final delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, you may submit a request for a return or exchange in line with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. All return or exchange requests must be made within the stated return period after the order has been received.
Once the returned item is received, our team will carefully inspect and evaluate its condition. Products that show signs of misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
Please note that customised or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly.
